01. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to online purchases of eyewear, lenses, sunglasses, accessories, and selected related services offered by Nuvooeyes. They govern the sales portion of your relationship with us, including order placement, payment, prescription purchases, shipping, returns, warranty matters, adjustment services, and reimbursement-related documentation.

02. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products or services selected in your cart. All orders are subject to review, acceptance, product availability, prescription verification where applicable, and successful payment processing.

03. Products Offered

Nuvooeyes may offer prescription eyewear, non-prescription eyewear, sunglasses, lenses, accessories, and selected related services.

Certain products may also be available as frame-only orders. If available, it will be presented during customization. Frame-only purchases include the frame without prescription lenses. Not every frame, lens type, treatment, or product combination will be available for every prescription.

04. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

If a pricing, description, or availability error occurs, Nuvooeyes reserves the right to correct the error and either contact you for instructions or cancel the order. Applicable sales tax may be added where required by law.

05. Prescription and Measurement Responsibility

For prescription eyewear, you are responsible for providing valid, current, and accurate prescription information, including pupillary distance (PD) or other custom measurements.

Nuvooeyes is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered prescription or measurement information supplied by the customer. Information on this site does not constitute medical advice.

06. Product Availability and Order Review

All products are offered subject to availability. Nuvooeyes reserves the right to modify or discontinue offerings, adjust lens compatibility based on prescription constraints, decline combinations that break production standards, and contact you for structural order modifications.

07. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines shown on the website are estimates only. Actual delivery timing may vary based on prescription review, lens production complexity, carrier performance, or weather. Prescription orders typically arrive within an estimated 1 to 2 weeks.

At this time, Nuvooeyes ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

08. Delivery Address and Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Nuvooeyes is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect data entries.

09. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is fully covered by Nuvooeyes. Approved refunds are routed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

10. Warranty

All frames include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Does not apply to accidents, negligence, or ordinary wear. If frames are damaged within the first year, Nuvooeyes may offer 50% off a replacement of the same style (or store credit if discontinued).

11. Adjustment Services

Nuvooeyes offers post-purchase adjustment services, including an at-home kit or an in-house fit adjustment service. Each adjustment service is currently offered for $30.

12. Insurance and Reimbursement

Nuvooeyes operates as an out-of-network provider for many vision plans. Customers are responsible for verifying eligibility and filing claims. We provide a downloadable reimbursement form and ledger invoice for convenience, but do not guarantee reimbursement metrics or claim approvals.

Products and services are offered subject to operational availability. Nuvooeyes does not guarantee that every configuration shown can be produced for every specific medical prescription. Except as stated separately, Nuvooeyes disclaims additional product warranties to the extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation Related to Sales

To the extent permitted by law, Nuvooeyes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of sales, delays, or custom fit adjustments. Total transactional liability will not exceed the exact monetary amount paid by the customer for the specific item or service, or $100 USD (whichever is greater).

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Updates to These Terms of Sale

Nuvooeyes may revise these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the exact time an order is finalized will apply to that specific purchase execution.
