11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nuvooeyes makes no structural guarantees that system runtimes will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly insulated from digital vulnerabilities, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum limit under law, Nuvooeyes and its technical contractors explicitly disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our global financial exposure for any systemic framework failure or purchase conflict will never exceed the specific value paid by the customer for that exact transaction, or $100 USD (whichever is greater).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Nuvooeyes and its technical infrastructure from any legal claims, structural losses, or attorney fees arising from your non-compliant script use, breach of these Terms, submission of inaccurate medical metrics, or violation of third-party copyright boundaries.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of an operational dispute, both entities pledge to pursue a good-faith informal solution first. If unresolved, litigation will execute within competent courts under the laws of the State of New York. All claims must be presented individually, waving class-action consolidated vectors.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to scale and update these core Terms. Revised structures will immediately refresh on this layout with updated version markers. Continued session initialization denotes an active acceptance of changes.

16. Suspension or Termination
